"Hawkeye"

Hawkeye was abandoned by his family when they moved away and left him behind. The neighbors were caring for Hawkeye outside until they had to move away. They contacted us and we took him in to try to find a permanent home. Everyone thought Hawkeye had only one eye until his medical check revealed that he had a birth defect that could be corrected with surgery. Needless to say, we provided for the surgery and Hawkeye can now see out of his second eye. He has healed beautifully and has very good vision in both eyes. He does not require any medication, and he is happily waiting in a foster home for a new family to adopt him. He has a laid-back, pleasant personality. He is a delightful cat who would prefer to be an only cat or possibly with a very laid-back, cat-friendly cat. He is very happy to be indoors now and does not show any signs of wanting to be back outside again. He will make a wonderful friend to your family.
